Senior Games Producer

This role is onsite in our London HQ
Our new Senior Games Producer will be responsible for the coordination of all tasks relating to the development and delivery of Vampire Survivor game updates, features, improvements and DLCs.
Reporting to the Creative Director (CEO) and Technical Director, the Senior Games Producer will be a central role within the team and responsible for:
Project Management: Oversee the development cycle of game updates from idea to launch, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time at a high quality.
Team Leadership: Work closely with designers, artists, engineers, and QA to foster collaboration and communication.
Production Planning: Develop and maintain production schedules, roadmaps, and sprint plans, ensuring efficient workflows.
Risk Management: Identify potential production risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the key liaison between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Quality Assurance: Drive a high standard of quality, balancing scope, resources, and technical constraints to deliver outstanding gaming experiences.
Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine development processes to improve efficiency and team productivity.
Budget Management: Assist in managing project budgets, tracking costs, and ensuring financial targets are met.
Video Game Knowledge: You know what's happening in the games market, and understand the creative process of making video games. Keeping up with player expectations, emerging patterns and technology.
5+ years of experience in game production, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
Demonstratable track record of delivering games (PC, Console and mobile) with at least 2 games from start to finish.
Strong knowledge of Agile and other project management methodologies.
Admin level experience with project management tools and techniques.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-discipline collaboration.
Hands-on / "can do" mentality, filling in gaps wherever they exist. This is not a ticket pushing role.
Deep understanding of game development pipelines, from pre-production to post-launch support.
Passion for games and an understanding of industry trends.
You have experience working in a fast paced, customer focused games development studio.
You are used to working with development teams and understand the processes involved in releasing games and game updates.
You have experience managing projects through to release.
You're at home with spinning multiple plates at once.
Self starting, high initiative problem solver with a hands-on can do attitude.
